Question - making a necklace for my grandson - Byzantine weave - what is the smallest jump ring size that will work....thanks j

The smallest jump rings I have used for a byzantine weave are made from 20 gauge (AWG) round wire with an inner diameter of 3mm. It worked out great. It holds together really well and is still flexible enough to be worn comfortably.
