Question about stainless steel wire

(Many) Years ago I had ordered a coil of stainless steel wire from TRL. I still have a little, but not a bunch, and I actually haven't made any of my own rings in a long time. I was looking to see if I could get the same wire anywhere else at an affordable price, and I came across some wire being sold by McMaster-Carr.

I think the wire on TRL is listed as 410 stainless, and that is what I found at MMC, but I don't know enough about the other properties of stainless to know if the product in the linked listing is a good material to use. What I'd like is something that will have similar properties to what I've already bought. Can anyone shed additional light for me?

The info at MMC was difficult to sift through; obviously this is expected, since it's an industrial supply, not a craft resource. I did eventually discover that the hardness of that wire is really low, so it's not going to do what I would need. Also, it seems to have a hatched matte finish so it won't match what I have.

I just wanted to give that update in case anyone else might have the same question in the future.
