We don't have anything specific for RIR, but you can start with Inverted Round (use a larger AR than listed though)

From there it's a matter of manipulating each set of rings in opposite directions.
Following images were made with 18swg 1/4" rings. Only used two reinforcing rings at this size
Inverted round starter - kind of flat due to the larger AR. Add to this to build the RIR
First manipulation - clockwise
Adding reinforcing rings
Second manipulation - counterclockwise
Repeat manipulations and adding reinforcing rings, eventually you wind up with this
