Noldorin is a contraction of a band of Gridlock where the edge rings are connected to each other.
Naming Note: This weave was initially described under the name "Noldorin Spiral". As there is no series of connections in this weave that this site considers "spiral" that qualification has been removed from the name. We consider this form to be the base form of the weave.
