Persiantine Overfull is the "true" overfull version of Persiantine as a full 2 in 1 chain can be run through its entire length. As the full length 2 in 1 chain stacks the tethers between Persiantine Overfull base cells into stacks of 3 (see gallery), that can be reduced to two (as pictured) with little to no difference in the structure of the chain.
