We wanted to document many of the available weaves in video format to help not only inspire our customers, but to keep an archive of resources for all maillers. Being an Australian business we wanted to help our customers with metric sizes where we can but we have found that using both metric and imperial has given us the best of both worlds. To create Assyrian we suggest the following:
- 14G (1.6mm) 3/8" (9.53mm) ID OR
- 16G (1.2mm) 9/32" (7.14mm) ID OR
- 18G (1.0mm) 5.75mm ID OR
- 20G (0.8mm) 4.75mm ID
- 2 pairs of smooth jawed pliers (The Xuron Pliers used in the tutorial are the Chisel and Short Flat Nosed.)
