This compares Affena 4 in 1 with its 6 in 1 progression, my Balerion's Dread invention, & my other invention, Affena 4 in 1 variant, Scatha's Scourge; I have yet to make a patch of another one of my inventions called Treasurewyrm (A.K.A. Scatha's Scourge 6 in 1), which is a Balerion's Dread variant.
A pattern/weave I invented & call Scatha's Scourge (A.K.A. Affena 4 in 1
Variant). Basically Affena 4 in 1 with 3-ring mobius balls for small rings. 18g wire, L. rings= 12mm O.D., M. rings= 10mm O.D., & S. rings= 9mm. Named aft the dragon Scatha the Worm from J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth universe.
A pattern/weave I invented & call Balerion's Dread (A.K.A. Affena 6 in 1). 18g wire, L. rings= 12mm O.D., S. rings= 10mm O.D.; Named aft. the largest dragon from G.R.R. Martin's Game of Thrones universe, Balerion the Black Dread.
This is the sheet form of the Affena band. When comparing with related patterns/weaves, I refer to it as Affena 4 in 1. Materials used: 18g wire; L. rings= 10mm O.D., S. rings= 8mm O.D.
A pattern/weave I invented & call Dragonfire or Dracarys (Dragontooth 6 in 1). 18g wire; L. rings= 12mm O.D., & S. rings= 10mm O.D.; the "Dracarys" name alternative is a reference to G.R.R. Martin's High Valyrian language in the Game Of Thrones universe that means "Dragonfire".
Regular Dragontooth/Gridlock Dragonscale. I didn't have the rings of the ideal sizes & AR's available, so I used rings of the next sizes up, thereby showing it's structure. 18g wire; large rings= 10mm O.D., & small rings 8mm O.D.
This is all the variants of the Dragonscale pattern/weave family I've thus far been able to make patches of which could either be found online, or invented by myself by combining elements of already existing patterns/weaves. I have yet to make patches of other variants I designed or found online.
