I don't think that there's a tutorial out there for Turkish Rope. However, Turkish Rope is to Turkish Round what Boxantine is to Byzantine.

Pretty much there are two inversion cells in a row. Use any Turkish Round tutorial and do the "attach and fold" parts two times in a row (instead of one.)
