At the bottom of the site are two categories. Site Functions and Useful links..... what are they for and how can we set them? Is this an undeveloped feature?

That's just something staff can do.

AH, okay just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing a step. Other threads I deal with professionally have the post creator also have the option so that the staff do not have to guess.
