Chain Moon Orbiter Alternating

Moon Orbiter Alternating is a reinforcement of a Harvest Moon chain where reinforcement rings are placed diagonally through every parallel ring pair, causing them to rhino. In addition to how the rings that are "rhinoed" alternate, the reinforcement rings also alternate where they are placed in each base cell. Each base cell is then rotated 90 degrees from the previous base cell.
