Chain Moon Orbiter

Moon Orbiter is a reinforcement of a Harvest Moon chain where reinforcement rings are placed diagonally through every parallel ring pair, causing them to rhino. While how the rings that are "rhinoed" alternate, the reinforcement rings are placed the same way in each base cell. Each base cell is then rotated 90 degrees from the previous base cell.
