So I get the notice that my short nose Xurons arrived from Amazon. Get home, rip open the package take them out of their cases. One was a high precision scissor and one was a tweezer-nose. I am so pissed off right now. Really wanted to try them out. Not sure what happened as the stickers on the boxes said they were the 475's. Maybe a shipment all fell out of the cases and they just shoved whatever back into whatever box was handy? So fuming right now. The replacements better be the right pliers.....

I bought two pair of Xurons at the Bead and Button show back in June and LOVE them. In fact I am pricing our two more pair from PJ Tools. I *had* been using pliers that I had purchased and used for bead work. I never thought there would be that much difference... but there really is.

Figured I'd give it another shot and reorder since they're not forcing me to buy from some no name company and with prime they should be here on Monday. Here's to hoping I actually get what I ordered this time.

BTW, the 90 Degree ones were correct and they are AWESOME

I love my short nose pliers, and might be getting a third pair at Bead Fest this month. My husband seems to think he can "borrow" on of my two to do his wire-wrapping. Hopefully they fixed it for you

oh I love my xuron pliers! I have 2 short nose and 1 90 degree pair. Use them all the time!

I also love my Xuron pliers. The short nose are great to use when you have a tight space.

OH NO!! I'm so sorry! I just saw this post. This is terrible! BOOO!

Could you tell me what seller you're buying from? I'd love to get to the bottom of this and if it's anything to do with us directly we will happily send you a replacement straight from the factory. This is such a bummer.

A Ashley@Xuron , I don't think you need to do anything other than check with amazon maybe.

The original purchase was from amazon and fulfilled by amazon. Both of the cardboard "casings" had the correct stickers on them but the items inside were incorrect. Almost as if a whole bunch fell out and then someone just put whatever pliers back into whatever casing not realizing, or not caring that they were incorrect.

The second time that I ordered, it was also from amazon and both casings once again had the correct stickers on them, but only one of them was the correct item.

At this point, I have both of the short nose that I ordered as well as the 90 Degree bent nose and I love them all

It was definitely unexpected. I've never had something like that happen with amazon. Now that I have them, not quite sure how I was working without them. I haven't used them as much as I would like, but the times that I did it was an absolute pleasure.
