New weave?

Apologies if this is in the wrong place—I’m new to these forums.

I was playing around and made this. I’ve been looking through databases to try to figure out what I made, and I’ve seen things that are similar but not the same. Is this new? Or have I just not found this in the vast amounts of weaves that are out there?

As to whether it's "new" or not, yes and no. I don't believe that I've seen this iteration of Staggered Byzantine Halves before. However, based on the classification system (that we're currently working on), this could be seen as a "tethered" modification of it. I would also say that yours would, more rightfully, be called "Tethered Box Cells (Alternating)" as the rotation found in a segment of byzantine is not present.

I could throw together a few renders if you would like a more visual representation of my explanation. Let me know

Yeah, tethered box cells is closer than staggered byz. I feel like anything “new” these days is really a modification of what’s already out there. 😁 Is this iteration distinct enough to get its own classification?
