Spine of the Centipede

Has anyone done a weave called "Spine of the Centipede"? I was wondering what the ring sizes were. I saw a Video through Pinterest with this in the title (and pictured), but the video was barrel weave.

That's the one. Thanks. I put one together using 18 5/32 but it seemed a little loose.
